Clark-Metro resident proposes Limo-Lane

(Plain Press, June 2008) Clark-Metro neighborhood resident Nate Nepentho proposes that the City of Cleveland create a limo lane in the center of W. 6th Street in the Warehouse district. Nepentho is collecting signatures for his proposal, which he believes will create a unique limo hover point that will serve as a tourist attraction.
