Cudell Improvement plans move to Lorain Avenue

(Plain Press, July 2008) Cudell Improvement, the local development corporation for all of Ward 18, announced that in July it plans to move its offices to the Southwest Savings and Loan Building at 9821 Lorain Avenue in the Lorain Historic District. Over the past several years Cudell Improvement worked to restore the historic building it will now call home.

The current office of Cudell Improvement at 11650 Detroit Avenue was sold for retail development.
