Clifton Arts & Musicfest Juried Art Show winners

(Plain Press, July 2010) Cudell Improvement announced the winners of the Juried Art Show at the 23rd Annual Clifton Arts and Musicfest held on June 19th at Clifton and W. 117th.

Best of Show and a $500 prize went to Jan Bowden of Bowden Bells & Garden Art of Big Prairie, Ohio for a Metal and Glass piece.
Ilona Middleton of Strongsville won Best of Show in Fine Art and $350 for a drawing entered in the competition.

Best of Show in the Crafts category and $350 went to Sergio Barcena of Grosse Point, Michigan for sculpture/jewelry.

Mary Stone of Nature’s Gift to You in Wooster, Ohio won the Founder’s Award and $500 for a wood and stone piece.

Roseanne Koimo of Creekbed Creations in Richfield, Ohio won the Stanley Mason Popular Choice Award and $250.

Student Scholarship Awards of $750 each were given to Jennifer Farkas, a student at Cleveland State University, and Elisabeth Pressler, a student at Kent State University.
